Tim Gerber

Tim began his career over 25 years ago in Largo, FL. His extensive service background of consists of Service Manager, Service Advisor, and Sales Manager and includes one of the largest nationally based service companies, dealership service drive, and one of the largest independent shops in the metro Atlanta area. Tim’s charismatic approach aids in teaching Service Advisors how to identify their weaknesses and build on their strengths leading to long lasting careers. He shows his knowledge and passion of the automotive industry through in- store training and development.

His dedication to his customers and his team has allowed him to be recognized as the Highest Performing Sales Manager and Lead Performing Service Advisor during his time working in dealerships. This has also earned him a General Motors Mark of Excellence award for being in the top 10% of all Performing Service Advisors nationwide. His vast experience in the industry brought him to the Automotive Training Academy by Assurant in 2023 as a National Training Consultant.

A Florida native, Tim grew up in the Motocross world, training in his youth amongst some of the most successful in the industry. Relocating with his family to the metro Atlanta area not only fueled his desire to make a bigger impact in the automotive industry, but also brought him closer to some of the best dirt bike riding in the country.
