Josh Krach

Josh Krach has been working in the automotive industry in various roles since 2011. In this time, he has served in numerous dealership positions throughout variable operations, focusing his entire career on process improvement, uncovering hidden opportunities for both sales and profit, and honing the customer experience. His broad experience has equipped him with the wisdom and skills needed to help dealerships of all kinds achieve success and adapt to ever changing market trends. When he is not on the road helping dealerships hit new benchmarks, you can find him in his garden, hands in the dirt, or with a good book on the hammock swaying on the wraparound porch of his old farmhouse.  Josh is AFIP certified and began working with Assurant Dealer Services in 2023 and is now in his current role as a National Training Consultant with the Automotive Training Academy by Assurant.
