Yes. Our physical mail addresses changed October 1, 2022. In particular, we are finding that this change affects renewal payments if the insured or mortgagee uses the old address.

Policy memos are available in the "Notes" tab of the Policy Overview screen.
Documents from 2020 to current date are available in the Policy Documents tab. Older documents will need to be requested by emailing [email protected] with policy number/name/”document request” in the subject line. Include the document description in the body of the email.
In October 2022, we moved our policies to FloodPort. The existing policies transferred over with the same 10-digit policy numbers - but dropping the four-digit year that used to appear after the number. New policies are being issued with the same 10-digit format.
FloodPort uses electronic distribution for agent copies of commission statements.
Checks are mailed separately as a standard process. This is because our checks print from a secure location, and we are unable to insert statements. However, as an agent, you can log in to our new site to obtain and print a copy of your statement. If you are not currently a user but need to be, please go to the Agency Portal.
They will be located on the “Notifications” section of the system.
Once per day, your agency will receive an email if there are any documents generated in the “Notification” section. If there are no documents, there will be no email.
* FloodPort can have only one address on file for each agency code in the system for emailing purposes. If needed, please contact us with the best address to use for emailing commission checks to your agency, to receive the email regarding policy documents, and what will be displayed on policy documents.
Instructions:
Select “Notifications” in the menu at the top of the page:
Change the “List Items Received” from “within past 10 days” to “within the past 30 days” and click Go:
Locate the “Letter Type”, in the header and click on it to filter:
Click the hyperlink that says “Commission Statement”. It will open in a PDF view window that can be printed or saved.
FloodPort uses electronic distribution for policy documents for agents. If your agency has requested to be set up for Electronic Notification in the system, you will receive an email once per day if there are any new documents loaded. The email will be sent to the email listed in the system for your agency unless you request this to be changed.
If you have not set up an email you can always go to the “Notifications” section to pull policy documents and stay informed on renewal notices that are generating, declaration pages that have loaded, along with expiration notices. NOTE: You can update the drop-down “List items received” to change the timeframe needed.

You can go into the system to the “Notifications” section and download any documents as needed. You can also flag them and/or assign them to individuals to process.
