Preferred Provider of Coverage for Single-Family Home Rental Leader

Assurant will be the only provider of residents’ personal liability insurance that will be directly offered through Invitation Homes, for its network of nearly 50,000 high-quality houses in 14 major metropolitan areas. Residents will otherwise be required to secure insurance coverage independently.
